Crock-pot Cooking : Easy Tasty Pot Roast

  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 - 4 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp dry ground mustard
  • 1/2-1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1-3 cloves garlic sliced depending on your spice preference


  • Place thawed or frozen roast into crock-pot
  • Pour vinegar and soya sauce over top roast
  • Sprinkle black pepper and ground mustard on top of roast
  • Slice onions and garlic into thin pieces
  • Place slices of garlic and onion on top of roast
  • Cover crock-pot on lid and cook on low setting for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-6 hours


All measurements are estimates. You may add more or less garlic and pepper depending on your taste preference.
